The Idea College offers a series of one and two-day idea development workshops designed to enable businesses to turn their key people into effective idea generators and problem solvers by getting them to think like an 8-year-old. The workshops, using the teaching and methods of Dr. Edward de Bono, are the only de Bono-based programs which allow companies to learn the de Bono methods while working on problem solving idea development directly related to their company's specific problems. Also, they are the only workshop with a limited enrollment of 20 people. This limited enrollment ensures that every workshops is hands on.
