This is the official Linkedin page of The Citizens Foundation, USA (TCF-USA), a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization that funds schools and educational programs for underprivileged children in Pakistan. The schools are designed, built and operated by The Citizens Foundation, Pakistan, one of South Asia's largest and most well-managed nonprofits in the education sector. We have Support Groups in most regions of the United States, including California, New York, Minnesota, Illinois and Connecticut, actively working to raise funds and awareness through community outreach. TCF caters to 126,000 students in 910 school units, located in 97 towns and cities all across Pakistan. We have 9,500 people employed, including 6,300 teachers. 7,600 of our bright students are mentored by 1,600 mentors in nine cities, through our Rahbar Program. 11, 600 adult women became literate in 2012 through the Agahi Program. Over 91% of every Dollar received went to the Education program in 2011-12.
