In the book there are tons of recipes and crazy stories of what its been like hustling vegan food out of a truck on the hostile streets of nyc. I think you will love the book, but in case you dont like books, you can also just STARE at our sandwiches, which is healing for you on a spiritual level. Started back on Valentines Day of 2010 as the country’s first vegan organic food truck, The Cinnamon Snail has become one of NYC’s most beloved vegan institutions. Our food trucks still serve at festivals, farmers markets, and catering events, and our two brick and mortar locations in FiDi and Midtown Manhattan continue to tear the roof off of people’s expectations of vegan cuisine. All our food is Kosher, 100% vegan, and crafted by a wild west wizard with a cauldron.
