The mission of The Children’s Room is to help grieving children, teens, and families in our communities continue living and loving fully. We seek to ensure that children and their families who have suffered the death of a loved one are embraced by a safe and caring community. The Children’s Room is the largest, independent nonprofit in Massachusetts that is solely dedicated to supporting grieving children, teens and families. We currently serve families from more than 70 communities. We fulfill our mission through: Facilitated Peer Support Groups – We offer children, teens, and adults an opportunity to find connection and community after the death of an immediate family member.
