The goal for founding Telecom Technology Services, Inc. (“TTS Inc”), in 1997, was to innovate wireless systems. This company’s initial vision was to “optimize the optimization” of wireless networks. When wireless networks were first launched, simple tasks such as a single view sites and switch parameters in a map window and correlating drive test data with site configuration data were nonexistent.
