Teacher Capital Management (Teacher Capital) is the nation’s first teacher talent management agency. Our mission is to manage the careers of teachers so that they stay in the profession, amplify their impact, and elevate the teaching profession. We work with talented teachers with at least two years’ experience and provide personalized talent management. In return, we receive a small management fee. This allows us to sustain our work. Any profits are invested in social entrepreneurs addressing poverty. We have ideas on the impact we would like to make, but we give our teachers a voice in how to help us change the world. In this way our teachers are nation-builders inside and outside of the classroom.
