Teach Awesome seeks to improve teacher performance in a variety of ways. We allow evaluators to suuply subjective metrics, which are then combined with objective data points, to get an overview of an educator's current skill set. Coaches then break down a teacher's evaluation into areas of improvement and we then track the training and subsequent results after coaching lessons. The goal is improving teacher performance, one lesson at a time.
