As a NASM certified personal trainer & corrective exercise specialist I have worked with clientele of all types. I have worked with a 9 year old soccer player, senior citizens looking to improve health (lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol, increase mobility, etc) and everything in between. I enjoy the diversity that this occupation offers. Enjoy training at a state of the art facility with everything you need plus I regularly utilize new and innovative equipment such as the Jungle Gym XT (an improvement over the more popular TRX) and kettlebells (among other things).
