Tampa Information Technology Specialists (Tampa ITS) was founded in June, 2010. Our lead technician and founder is Don Scott. After retiring from the US Air Force from 26 years of service, Don saw a need for integrity-based IT services in the local region, and founded this local corporation on integrity-based principles. From his years in service to our country, Don found that members in the Information Technology industry were either loved or loathed. He always sided on “love” and did everything in his power to ensure his customers were taken care of, no matter how big or small. Many times, his customer service skills switched customers from loathe to love. In his 26 years of service to our country, Don developed an unmatched skill-set. He was responsible for vast networks, from managing globe-spanning wide area networks to campus networks of 6,000+ local and international users. He also managed a personal computer repair organization for 3,000+ customers. Whether it's optimizing
