Colleen has her Masters in Exercise Physiology, is a certified USAT level 1 coach. Colleen provides Lactate Threshold Testing either on-site or can be mobile. Check website for details. Colleen provides coaching, training and consulting. Currently runs a Primal Fit exercise class, boot camp style on Tuesdays at 5:30 at the Tahoe Cross Country Ski area yurt.
