SUITing Women to Accomplish their Goals! The mission of SWAG her UP is to help promote the financial independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire needed for successful job interviews. Founded (by 3 women) in Herrin, Illinois in 2012, SWAG her UP is a non-profit organization helping the women of Southern Illinois. Each SWAG her UP client receives one suit (or professional career interview appropriate outfit) when she has a job interview and can return for a second complete outfit when she finds work that requires professional/corporate attire. As a woman, you know how an outfit can give you a boost of confidence. Our goal is to give disadvantaged woman that confidence, empowering them to look and feel their best for their job interview!
