The firm is dedicated to advising law firms on marketing, branding, and law firm management, and advising clients facing securities, corporate governance, hedge fund, ERISA, digital privacy, antitrust or general commercial disputes generally. The firm also advises new start-up businesses. Because David is Of Counsel to Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP, he cannot take any matter that would be adverse to Kaplan Fox or any client of Kaplan Fox.
