About Stilly-Snohomish Fisheries Enhancement Task Force

The Stilly-Snohomish Fisheries Enhancement Task Force is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, registered as a charitable organization with the Washington Secretary of State. Our membership represents commercial, tribal, and recreational fishing interests, conservation organizations, the agricultural community, and area businesses. The Stilly-Snohomish Fisheries Enhancement Task Force’s mission is to ensure the future of healthy salmon runs in the Stillaguamish and Snohomish River basins and Island County watersheds. We are dedicated to the restoration of viable salmonid populations and their habitat in the Stillaguamish and Snohomish River basins and Island County Watersheds, a combined land area of more than 2,400 square miles. We also work on behalf of the marine waters of Port Susan, Port Gardner Bay, Possession Sound, and Saratoga Passage south of Elger Bay.
