I have been in the construction, land development, real estate industry and a licensed general contractor for over 30+ years. Recently, I have been involved in the Sacramento REO market. Over the past 20 years, I have worked as a consultant in Hawaii and Oregon on many projects ranging from simple residential remodel projects to very large subdivision accquision and build out as well as commercial and industrial projects.
