Partners Dawn Youngs and Kurt Hildebrand founded Spooky Action Ranch in Hill Country Texas with the goal of providing a sustainable off grid retreat for artists and creatives. The property currently consists of a three bedroom main house, two auxilary workshop spaces and seven acres of native hill country terrain. Through permaculture landscaping, rain water collection, and alternative energy cultivation, Spooky Action Ranch has the goal of getting off the commercial grid for all food, water and energy needs and providing sustainable retreat space for artist's to truly reconnect with the earth and its creative spirit.
