Schwartz, formerly of the Union County Prosecutor's Office, joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 1999, when the name of the firm was changed to Sisselman & Schwartz, LLP. In 2004, Hristo Zevlikaris joined the firm as an associate. Scott Lipowitz joined the firm as an associate in 2015.
