Formed in 2006, and over 1,500 members strong, Singles in the Suburbs provides singles, living in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., the opportunity to participate in a variety of activites, at all different venues, as often as possible! Meeting someone, whether it is that "special" person, or simply a good friend, can be hard - especially when living in the suburbs! Many people find that, suddenly, their circle of friends conssists of married couples. This makes it difficult to meet that "special someone" and also makes it tough when you simply looking for a friend in the same "single boat" as you. Singles in the Suburbs provides opportunities for singles to meet and participate in a widge range of activites, in a social, friendly, atmosphere.
