Shanghai Bistro is in beautiful Hudson, Wisconsin. This restaurant serves American Chinese and award winning Sushi in an upscale environment, while striving to provide friendly service and excellent food. Shanghai Bistro is the brain child of chef/owner Henry Chan. The building that used to house the Eau Claire restaurant was previously Yen King, Henry’s parents’ Chinese restaurant. Henry worked at Yen King during his formative years, but never really had the desire to continue to work in the restaurant industry. Little did he know of what the future had in store for him…
