We are a boutique fitness studio that offers personal training and group classes. We have two locations, one in river oaks area and one in tanglewood. Our River Oaks location specializes in Pilates classes and classes on the Proformer based on the Lagree Fitness Method. We also have cardio and weight training equipment for personal training. The tanglewood location is more cardio oriented classes utilizing the treadmills, spin bikes, trx, weights and more.
