Phil Raacke, President of San Marino Security Systems, Inc., was a police officer for the City of San Marino for over twelve years. Due to an unfortunate injury he sustained in an on-duty accident, he was forced to retire in 1987. During Phil's years as a police officer, he witnessed numerous false alarms resulting from poor workmanship in alarm system installation by alarm companies. In addition, he also witnessed several dissatisfied customers frustrated with the lack of quality products, customer service, binding contracts, and costly service call fees.
