The San Fernando Valley Council of Governments is a Joint Powers Authority pursuant to California Government Code Section 6500 et seq. Member cities/county currently include the City of Burbank, City of Glendale, City of Los Angeles, City of San Fernando, City of Santa Clarita, and the County of Los Angeles. The SFV COG was formed July 2010.
