He has over 20 years of experience servicing organizations ranging from small closely held businesses to large Public Companies. Industries have included manufacturing, real estate, construction, non-profit, retail, employee benefit plans, local governments, automotive, education, health care, broker-dealers and professional organizations. Richard has served clients both domestically and internationally. Richard started out as a staff accountant in a small local firm and progressed over the years to being a quality control partner for a large national firm. Professionally he is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) serving on their National Peer Review Committee and the Members Retirement Committee. Locally he currently serves on the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs (PICPA)
