Prior to establishing the firm, Richmond established and managed the Boston office of Ove Arup & Partners, a prominent international engineering firm responsible for some of the world's most innovative and prestigious buildings. With offices across the USA and in London, RSE Associates, Inc., has successfully completed award-winning projects in America, Europe and Asia.
