In the beginning, we were devoted to creating custom learning management systems (LMS) for businesses and associations. As we grew, we listened to our clients and detected a common theme: Though they loved the LMS, our clients struggled to create or find content worth putting in it. They either lacked the internal skills, budget, bandwidth, or some combination of the three. That absence of quality learning content had more important consequences than a lonely LMS; it meant that our clients weren’t able to adequately train their workforces. We decided to do something about it.
