In June of 2006 RompApparel was officially established with the opening of the first store in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Founded by a brother and sister, Eddie Obropta and Alanna Joslin, RompApparel came to life. It started with only a few odd t-shirt designs originally sketched on note cards with undying inspiration from a close friend who frequently used the term “romp.” Although it is not new to the dictionary we live by its definition: to win with ease and devastate the competition. Our focus is the beach and extreme sport culture and we convey this culture in an unparalleled environment that offers a unique buying experience. The store layout and renovations are also a creation.
