Robert A. McFarland has been an attorney for over twenty seven years practicing in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, corporate, commercial transactions, domestic relations, guardianship, estates and trusts and litigation. Since January of 2002, he has developed a mediation practice in divorce, custody and marital property issues and in civil disputes generally in the same areas in which he practices law.
