The inspiration for Risen Records comes out a reality that the entertainment industry generally is not a "safe place" for individuals seeking to entrust their talent, careers, and reputation - to be exploited (by others). Historically, we see the effects of greed and selfish ambition as predominant motivations behind many entertainment industry corporations - and their respective key leaders.
