Casa Rico Tacos & Tequila, anchored on Route 40 West in Frederick, Maryland, has been serving fresh, good tasting Mexican food since 1987! Besides traditional favorites, adventurous diners can feast on house specialties like chicken poblano, molcajete, margarita chicken, salmon en cilantro, tequila shrimp, tacos al carbon, carne asada and freshly steamed pork tamales! Consistent little touches like mango, roasted chilies, chipotle and habanero are everywhere here, contributing to the fresh distinctive taste which the chef/owner Renu has developed.
