Rated 1.0 Terrible place. The owner only wants money. She is not sympathetic and has a poorly managed business. Read reviews from multiple sites and you'll see that it's all about the money. They love to charge people no show fees for appointments they attended, accuse you of not paying for your appointments (always get a receipt), and lie when they say they called you when you were late to an appointment you didn't know you had. When you try to fight it, they tell you that they sent email reminders and they called you but it's a lie. There's a record supposedly on their end but I received nothing. When you finally go to the owner Carrie for help because $100 is a big charge, she says that courtesy calls are a courtesy and it's up to you to make your appointment. Well, it's up to your staff not to lie that they called about it. Would not waive the $100 charge but offered to split up the charge in a payment plan. Complete jerk. $100 is nothing to you since you bill my insurance EVERY SINGLE WEEK. If you cared about your customers, you would have waived that ridiculous charge and continued to bill me. Now you'll get your $100 but I WILL NEVER RETURN. Bad manager.
