That’s not the setup to a joke, it’s the theory behind Restaurant Talent Scouts, a new company formed to help restaurants find qualified chefs and hospitality professionals. Restaurant Talent Scouts is the project of three well known Central Florida business owners: Rocky Tarantello, a longtime chef and the CEO of ROCInc, a restaurant operations and culinary consultancy; Lenka Brady, a recruiter and owner of RBBR Marketing; and Scott Joseph, an established restaurant critic and consultant and the owner of Scott Joseph Company, which publishes Scott Joseph’s Orlando Restaurant Guide.
