Rewarding Achievement (REACH) is an innovative pay-for-performance program that, in the past 4 years alone, has worked directly with more than 14,000 high-achieving, low income and minority students from 31 high schools in NYC's poorest neighborhoods, delivering AP prep tutoring and college readiness training to prepare them to get accepted into good colleges,and graduate in four years with college degrees. The results have outpaced any other large scale college prep program in the country, and the wait list beyond our current schools continues to grow.
