Ramen Yamachan is a relatively new restaurant that brought to San Diego by the owner Paul (aka Yama San) who has many years of experience running multiple different styles of Japanese restaurants since his father's generation. The purpose is for Yama San to bring back his childhood memory of Yokohama style ramen combined with years of experience of cooking Japanese traditional food.
