Fortunately, Shane had the foresight to see that there was a better way to serve the interest of his clients. So in 2010 Shane’s agency shifted gears, and he formed TRA Insurance Services, Inc. This moved allowed the agency to gain independence which created the ability for Shane and his Agents to help clients get into the policy they needed with the carrier that fit their risk profile.
