Prinova’s roots go back to 1978, when Aaron Greenfield and Richard Thorp established Greenfield Thorp Company (GTC), an ingredient broker in Chicago, Illinois. The company grew quickly and in 1992, became Premium Ingredients International Ltd., a global ingredient source. In ?2002, headquarters moved to the current location in Carol Stream, Illinois and regional offices opened on both coasts.
