About Presto Pasta
Our family welcomes you to our restaurants. I have always had a deep love for Italian food which was instilled in me by my grandmother, Maria, who I lovingly referred to as Nonna. Nonna was born in the mountain village of Cerenzia, in the Appenine mountain range of Calabria, Italy. She was taught, as a young girl, our delicious family recipes by her grandmother, Philomena. Nonna then passed them on to me during afternoons in her kitchen. She would cook the village pastas and sauces and after lunch I would do the dishes. When I was old enough to use the stove, she slowly taught me the family recipes one at a time, and one day I was finally cooking lunch for her.
