The company was formed in 1993 and quickly grew as a result of its expertise in the area of formulary design and management. It was awarded contracts to work with other consulting firms and clients of national scope and quickly grew in prominence in the industry.During the 90’s a large part of its business energy was focused in on providing services to other advisor suppliers and this dominated its business efforts for the remainder of the decade and into 2000.In 2002, the principals of Premier Health Advisors made the decision to take the company in a different direction, practicing in the area of client services only.
