We have a broad business base and service a wide range of clientele including Lenders, Government Agencies, Attorneys, Accountants, Property Owners, and Government Service Entities for residential, industrial, and commercial real estate. Our core service is Independent and Unbiased appraisals containing opinions of value of property interests. Additional services we provide are: expert testimony, litigation support, market analysis, and rent/lease surveys. We also offer consultation on a variety of real estate matters. All professional staff hold Bachelor degrees or higher from accredited institutions.
