For over 40 years Phil’s Meat Market has made a promise to provide Portlanders with the best tasting, highest quality, meat, seafood, and delicatessen products, with a focus on positively impacting our community .Our original founder Phil Mosley dedicated his life to making sure that promise was kept. In 1985 Phil’s brother “Big Dan” saw a need for an affordable nutritious lunch option and with the help of the meat market and inspiration from his time around Korean & Japanese street food, the Bento Bar was born. Fast forward to 2022 and this same Bento is mobile! Our new Phil’s on Wheels initiative means we bring this unique catering option to you. We have the capacity to serve over 500 individuals in a timely and efficient manner. A minimum sales amount of at least $600 must be expected or around ~50 expected employees/people for eligibility to waive surcharge.
