Perry Township Police Department Careers in Dayton, OH

The Perry Township Police Department is located in the western portion of Montgomery County Ohio. Our department covers 36 square miles and containsapproximately 120 miles of roadway. The Township is bordered by Wesbrook Road (north), N. Diamond Mill Road (east), Preble Co. Line Road (west) and US-35 (south) and contains portions of Brookville and New Lebanon. Our department currently employs four full time positions includning the Chief of Police, one Lieutenant and two Sergeants. We also have several part-time and numerous auxilliary officers. All officers have the primary duty of road patrol and ensuring the safety of all the citizens of the township as well as the large number of persons that travel through the township on a daily basis. The auxillary officers are fully trained and sworn police officers who volunteer their time to help patrol the township and serve its citizens.
