Parkour Ways, now also known as Art Du Déplacement Chicago, is an effort to help people learn the discipline of movement known as art du déplacement or parkour (also sometimes referred to as freerunning). We have found many physical, mental and spiritual benefits in ADD/parkour and hope that we can help others discover them too. We don't just teach a catalog of movements - we provide you with the tools to turn this into a healthy lifestyle. The aim of Parkour Ways / ADD Chicago is to show and teach people what ADD and parkour really are, helping our students to improve their bodies, minds, spirits, and lives.
