The Parker Foundation for Health and Happiness was incorporated in 2011 after several, successful years as a charitable gift fund. The Foundation is 501c3 approved via the IRS. Mission Statement: To create a renewable resource that offers young people the opportunity to enjoy health and happiness through the magic of a camp experience that will never leave them. Founding board members included the following people: Matt Parker, Tim Weaver, Valerie Wagner, Sandy Woods, Paul Wagner, Trina Monken, Vanessa Parker, Ted Monken.
