Frustrated and burnt-out after spending two years in global source development, Megan Burns conceived of Operations Strategy Consulting. She saw and worked tirelessly to help establish and develop global suppliers; yet, there was almost no effort put into the existing domestic suppliers, who were dependable and had good quality components.
