Founded in 1971, OPSB is a premier rugby club in the Northwest corner of the U.S. We are best known for our five National Rugby Sevens Titles where our speed and flare dominate. In 2007 OPSB joined forces with Seattle RFC to become the Northwest’s Premier Rugby Club, this relationship allows OPSB and Seattle to share, facilities, players and coaching staff. It gives players from the Northwest access to premier rugby in Canada and the United States. OPSB is a foundation member of the USA Rugby Super League, the Rugby Super League (RSL) was developed in 1996 as a result of the need for more visibility and higher competitive structure for the sport of rugby throughout the United States.
