The Northwest PBIS Network, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting educators, families, and community members to implement and sustain positive, effective and culturally inclusive environments and supports to achieve social and academic success for ALL children and youth. In order to achieve these goals, the network will: I. Provide vision-driven leadership in policy, guidelines and practice; II. Advocate for adoption and utilization of evidence-based practices in the teaching of social-emotional-behavioral competencies and the development of safe and effective school environments; III. Serve as liaison between pre-K-12 education, universities, state departments of education, community agencies and partners, and families; and IV. Offer high quality professional development activities and technical assistance designed to build and sustain the capacity of local educational systems.
