North Lake College, created as a part of the Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD) in 1977, is a two-year public community college located in Irving, Texas. In addition to the Central Campus, three community campuses provide access to diverse communities in the service delivery area. The college utilizes an open-door admission policy which anticipates and responds to the educational, training, and employment needs of the community.
