About Nora's Home
Nora's Home is a nonprofit organization that will provide a home away from home for transplant patients and their families who journey long distances to the Texas Medical Center. We plan to be up and running by November 2013. The mission of Nora’s Home is to offer affordable lodging for pre-transplant and post-transplant patients and their families who travel for treatment at any of the Texas Medical Center transplant centers. The first of its kind in Houston, it will provide care, education and support for transplant patients and their families in a loving home-like environment.
