We manage, develop and own commercial and residential properties throughout the tri-state region. We are actively managing 300 properties on behalf of third party clients. Our in-house capabilities include real estate management, development, construction (new construction and rehabilitation), brokerage, and leasing.Currently, New Vistas Corporation manages over 250 properties throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
