State agency responsible for mangaing and constructing schools witin the state of NJ. The NJ legislation allocated moneis special-needs districts, known as SDA Districts. The SDA manages and funds 100 percent of eligible project costs in the former Abbott districts. The legislation also allocates monies to leverage construction in New Jersey’s Regular Operating Districts (RODs) and for vocational schools.
