Recipes are inspired by Neal "Nello" McTighe's years of travel in Italy and, most importantly, by his great-grandmother, who came to the United States from Italy in 1919. Angelina cooked her "gravy" for the family so often that she actually wore out the linoleum in front of the stove. We hope that Nello's Sauce will become a staple in your pantry.
