Our organization educates the general public in the Greater Seattle area, about Asset Building and Financial Responsibility through Homeownership. Our FREE workshops cover topics such as: purchasing your first home, purchasing your first investment property, and purchasing Foreclosures/HUD/REO/Short-Sale properties. We have also partnered with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission to offer Down Payment Assistance programs to First Time Home Buyers.
